What kind of shirts do you print on?

We use both Bella + Canvas and American Apparel brands for our apparel. You can read about specs, features, and sizing in our Product Information section.

How do I pick my shirt size?

Our t-shirt sizes are pretty standard! We offer a couple styles for every t-shirt design, so you can choose how you’d like your apparel to fit. Our size charts can be found in each design’s product page, or you can see every chart in our Product Information section.

Do your shirts shrink?

Every t-shirt or hoodie will shrink when exposed to heat, even when pre-shrunk by the manufacturer. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going a size up and purposely shrinking the garment if necessary. To avoid shrinkage, use cool water to wash, and lay flat to dry.

What print method does ShirtPOP use?

Our direct-to-garment print method allows us to achieve bright colours that won’t fade, crack, or wash out! We love this method because no inks or harsh chemicals are washed down the drain, and there’s no waste headed to a landfill.

What currency do you charge in?

Prices are listed in CAD.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank e-transfer. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.


The charge on your credit card bill will be from T-ShirtGuys, which is our legal trading name.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally from our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

How do I track my package?

First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number. Please note: occasionally, information about the progress of your shipment is not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. 

Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. 

Tracking capabilities on international orders varies from country to country. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Your t-shirt will be printed and shipped out 2 to 3 business days after placing your order! We have a variety of shipping options for you to choose from.

What is your policy on exchanges & returns?

Unworn, unwashed items may be exchanged for another item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fees will apply.


Because we provide made-to-order printed products, we cannot provide returns for sizing issues or buyers remorse. It is your responsibility to check the sizing charts provided on the product pages before finalizing the order. Orders are considered Final Sale, but please reach out to us at if you have any concerns.


If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Can I change my order after submitting my payment?

If you made a mistake on your order or would like to change something, please email us at and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number, the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

I was sent the wrong shirt, or a defective shirt!

While it is rare, mistakes can happen. If we make a mistake on your order, or a defective shirt slips through, we apologize and will be happy to fix the issue. Please contact us at with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake!


Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and include a prepaid envelope for you to send the defective / incorrect shirt back to us.
